What is E-Design

E-Design is a design option offered by O.H.D Interiors that gives clients an opportunity to create a custom room design without having to commit to a complete Interior Design project. Together we will work on determining your design goals and using this to create a personalized plan suited to your needs.

E-Design is an affordable alternative to hiring an Interior Designer. This is perfect for you if you are looking for expert advice and guidance in your design.

To get started, all you need to do is complete our project form which will help us get familiar with your space and design objectives. We will use this information to begin forming the design plan and inform you on the steps to follow.

How It Works

Once you have chosen a package that suits your project I will reach out to you in order to begin the process.  Together we will set a timeline and design objectives that need to be worked out.

Concept Design Boards

The starting point of the creative process for a new home/room design. Once I receive your detailed project form, along with any pictures and notes you wish to send me, I will create a visual presentation of the style, mood, colors and textures that we will want to use in the room.

This will help determine the direction of the design process and serve as the inspiration for the final presentation.

Paint Palette

Based on your Concept Design Board and personal preferences we will be able to formulate a specific paint color palette of 3-5 colors. I will provide you with brand options as well as varying tones and combinations.

Room Layout & Design

A complete room layout showing you where to place furniture and appliances. This will help you save space and make the most out of the design of your room. A room layout with dimensions is a great way to begin to visualize your final design.

Complete Shopping List With Styling Guide

Once you are satisfied with the design plan and layout, I will leave you with a complete Shoppable List of any furniture, appliances or accessories needed to style your space and finish the design process.

3D-Rendering

As a Professional Organizer I work with clients who need organizational assistance in a wide range of areas. Organizational skills are life skills that, if not mastered, can lead to a longer list of issues.

I like to provide my clients with long lasting skills and habits that will help them maintain a high level of organization within their homes. I will help you clean out your space and dispose of or sell unwanted items for you. 

Whether you’re moving, looking to downgrade or just don’t have the time, I’m here to help you get organized.

How it Works

In-Home Consultation

We will begin with a 45-minute in-home consultation where you will show me the space and/or items you wish to have organized and we will determine your organizational needs. 

During this time I will consult you and provide suggestions on equipment and supplies that you can implement on your own time. If you wish, you can also choose to add on my Personal Shopping service. 

At this point, if you choose to move forward with the project, your consultation fee will be waived and we can begin to draw up a plan based on your organizational needs. 

Professional Organizing

After completing the consultation, we will begin to draw up a project plan together so we can begin to organize your space as required.

First we will declutter the space and begin to group items together based on need and use. After cleaning out the space we can begin to decide how to reorganize it. I will also assist you with discarding or selling items that you no longer need.

At the end of the process your space will be organized and you will be equipped with a plan to maintain it. I will draw up a list of recommended equipment and supplies that you can either shop for on your own or add on my Personal Shopping service to your package.

At the end of your consultation or project, I will leave you with suggestions for any organizing products needed to complete and maintain your space. You have the option to shop for them on your own, have me accompany you. 

The personal shopping service can be anything from picking up assorted organizing pieces such as bins, buckets, and baskets to shopping for a bedroom, closet or living room. The purpose of this process is to take you directly to the places that best suit your style, taste, and budget saving you time.

 I can also recreate a room you have seen in a magazine or online at a fraction of the cost. Decorating and shopping for a new space is charged at a flat rate and requires a 2 hour minimum booking.
