IN HOME CONSULTATION:

The in-home consultation is a one to two hour session to determine your design
needs. We will start with a tour of the space you wish to redesign, while providing
suggestions on what items I feel are needed to reach the design goal you are seeking. If you choose to move forward with the interior decorating project, the consultation fee will be waived.

INTERIOR DECORATING:

After the in-home consultation, we will start your decorating process by having you fill out some client questionnaires. We will want to really dive into what you like about your space, what you don’t like, and what you want to see in your space moving forward. The re-decorating process will include a 3D draft of what we would like the final project to look like. We will use real furniture and accessories from real stores, so that we can give you a great picture of what you can expect your space to look like upon completion.

Interior Decorating is billed as an hourly fee. The hourly fee is charged for each hour spent on and off the job site where I am working on the project. This fee includes, but is not limited to, hours spent in the home, shopping for products with or without the clients, window treatments, wall treatments, interior decorating and space planning. A client contract will be drafted up with estimated total costs and must be signed before the project is started. Please note that 50% of the service fee is due upon starting the project.

RATES:

In Home Consultation – Flat Rate – $100

Interior Decorating – Hourly Fee – $70


CANCELLATION POLICY:

O.H.D Interiors requires 50% of your service fee at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable once you have signed the client contract. Cancellations require 72 hours’ notice; at this time we can choose a future date for your service(s). If you are cancelling a session with less than 72 hours’ notice, you risk losing your session(s) and deposit.

The earliest possible notice for cancellation is always helpful. If you do not think you are able to keep your appointment please call or send me an email. I will always do what I can to accommodate your schedule. If I can move you to another day, or swap your day with another client I will. Please be aware that at times my earliest booking dates may not be available for 2 weeks.

To avoid the possibility of short notice cancellations I ask that you please check your calendar prior to booking an appointment. In some cases appointments can take place over several weeks depending on the size of your project.
